Yara's Fudge is produced by Yara in a Cotswold village whilst listening to Radio 4. Quality Control is rigorously checked by a surprising number of 'new' best friends whilst discussing the emotional benefits of really good fudge and deciding that diets can wait until tomorrow!
Shelf life: Best eaten immediately, but if you want to test your will-power, place in an airtight container, at room temperature (bit like red wine) and it will still be yummy a month or so later. Or you can freeze it.
Each bar is at least 200gr - though usually nearer 250gr for the bars with 'bits' in.
