Serves 4 -6
1 head fresh Broccoli
2 Tbsp. Sesame oil
2 Tbsp. Sopy Sause
2 Tbsp. Toasted seasame seeds
- Cut broccoli into florets and cook in boiling water until tender, about 8-10 minutes (or steam broccoli over a small amount of salted water for 4-5 minutes, if you prefer your broccoli cooked but crunchy.)
- mix seasame oil., soy sauce and sesame seeds together.
- toss broccoli with sesame/ soy dressing and serve.
