As featured on BBC TV's Blue Peter, Jonathon Crump's cheese is carefully hand-made on the farm near Standish in the new purpose-built cheese rooms. Jonathon has a small herd of Gloucester cattle (whom he knows by name) from which he makes his traditional single and double Gloucester cheeses.
