We take the very best fresh local ingredients and make delicious vegetarian sweet and savoury tarts, nut roasts, and desserts. Our range includes spinach, walnut and goats cheese tart, 16 different nut roasts, white chocolate & raspberry truffle, dark chocolate and ginger truffle with walnut, just after 8 truffle, banoffee pie, cheesecakes and more. Our whole range can be made gluten-free.
We sell at Gloucester once a month and Stroud at least twice monthly
We use locally sourced seasonal fruit and vegetables and local free range eggs.
