We are a small family trout farm nestled in the Cotswold hills within a stone's throw of Stow on the Wold. Our fresh trout are raised in spring-fed drinking quality water. We also sell smoked trout, eel and salmon from the on-site smokery, and make a famous smoked trout pate.

We sell at Stroud on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays , Cheltenham, Bourton on the Water, Stratford upon Avon, and Oxford farmers' markets. |

We produce fresh trout (whole and filleted), smoked trout (hot smoked, cold smoked and smoke roasted), smoked trout pate, smoked eels and smoked salmon. |

You can also buy direct from our farm shop shop, open Tuesday to Saturdays 10am - 5.30pm (10 - 5 in winter). |
