We have been producing fresh free range organic bronze turkeys for over 20 years now.  In 2009 we lost a local outlet at Christmas and started selling at Stroud farmers' market, which is only 30 miles from us here in Monmouthshire.

All our free range organic birds are processed on the farm, dry plucked and hung for a minimum of 7 days to enhance the flavour and texture.
